Discover the versatile surroundings of our quinta: ideal for those seeking peace, walkers and culture lovers.

As already described on our homepage, there are plenty of places of outstanding natural beauty. Think, for example, of the fairy-tale Vale de Gaio walking trail, known for its colourful wooden boardwalks that follow the banks of the Cavalos river. The charming river beach Praia Fluvial da Senhora da Ribeira is also very popular; here you will find a marina, a bar-restaurant and the starting point of a lovely walking trail, among other things.

You can also take a beautiful 10-kilometre kayak trip on the peaceful Rio Mondego. These and many other unique places are within easy reach of our quinta and are well worth a visit!

On the map below you will find many highlights of the surrounding area. We will also gladly share more personal tips with you on the spot!
